Privacy notice

This notice explains what happens to information when you use Develop in Portugal: what stays in your browser, what is processed to answer your questions, and what is sent to Valente Veiga & Associados (VVA) when you choose to make an enquiry.

No account, no profiling

You do not need to register to read the guides, use the tools or ask the assistant a question.

We do not build marketing profiles, sell data or run cross-site advertising tracking on this site.

What stays in your browser

The tools save your answers in your device's local storage so you can leave a page and come back without starting again. That data is not automatically sent to us.

  • Feasibility, cost planner and timeline inputs
  • Development plan answers and due diligence checklist progress
  • Location comparison selections
  • Language preference
  • Assistant conversation history, which you can clear at any time

The AI assistant

When you ask a question, it is sent to a server endpoint operated for this site, which forwards it to an AI model provider to generate an answer grounded in this site's content.

The exchange is used only to produce a reply. Requests are rate-limited by IP address to prevent abuse; conversations are not tied to an account.

Enquiries sent to VVA

If you submit the enquiry form, the details you enter — name, email, project type, region, stage and your message — are stored in this site's backend and made available to VVA so the firm can reply.

That information is used only to respond to your enquiry. It is not published, sold or used for advertising.

Your rights

Data held on your own device can be cleared at any time by clearing the tool's progress or your browser storage.

For an enquiry you have submitted, you can ask VVA to confirm what is held, correct it, or delete it.
